One of the coolest parts of my job is getting to work closely with my longtime friends to create their perfect bridal look. Christina and I met close to 10 years ago. The day we met, she accidentally slammed a glass Macy’s entrance door into my face. I’m happy to say our friendship has only grown from there!
Christina met her now-husband, Tony, at work a few years ago. They married this past weekend at the Buffalo History Museum, celebrated at The Foundry Suites, and their wedding was nothing but beautiful right down to every little detail. Christina has a very good eye for design, and I knew working with her on her bridal makeup would be a welcomed challenge.
The theme of her look was “Vintage Glam”, which suits her perfectly. It took us a few trials to get the look exactly the way we both wanted it. I was so intent on getting her makeup perfect that I even had her wash her half-done face off the morning of the wedding because I thought I could do better.

We settled on a matte cool-toned eye, big fluffy lashes and glamorous contour to tie everything together with the lip color she chose.
